Top notch doctor. Cares about your physical health and your time. Communicates clearly, answers questions, which she encourages, in plain language.

Dr. English is thorough with exam and history and takes time to explain what her thoughts are about the diagnosis. She spends time going over imaging in the room and making sure next steps are clear. She goes above and beyond to make sure the best care is provided when those next steps are surgical. I appreciated her amazing bedside manner as well as her incredible knowledge about the diagnosis.

Dr. English was friendly, thorough, and professional. I would certainly return to her and recommend her to others. My injury was minor compared to most, but she scheduled a follow-up appointment and encouraged me to call if I has any further concerns.

Very quick to resolve the problem I was experiencing and she allowed her assistant to give his opinions of my treatment. A great doctor who shared her skills.

Dr. Joy English and Mike were so helpful throughout my situation. Dr. Joy explained in detail what she suspects and the steps we need to take. Well she was spot on with her diagnosis and the MRI supported her suspicions. She completed an injection procedure and talked me through it with minimal discomfort. I feel like I have a team at the U that genuinely cares. Doing well now.
