    Amy leads University of Utah in establishing and enhancing a culture of well-being via strategic planning and partnerships, goal setting, measurement, and taking practical action.

    Jake leads the Psychological Health team for the Resiliency Center, contributes to system-level occupational well-being initiatives for U of U Health, facilitates individual consults and group support, coaches leaders and teams in well-being intervention, and  facilitates presentations and team-based learning.

    Jamuna leads the Code Lavender team, facilitates individual consultations and group support, coaches leaders and teams on implementing well-being initiatives, and facilitates presentations and team-based learning.

    Embedded EAP clinician who provides individual psychotherapy, triages and responses to Code Lavender activations, facilitates group check-ins and debriefs, and supports group psychoeducation and intervention.

    Jennifer Ellen leads the Joy in Work programs, including the Foundations Course, Facilitator Training, and team consultations. She guides leaders and teams in designing, implementing, and evaluating well-being initiatives, while facilitating presentations and team learning to foster connection and resilience.

    SR. LEADERSHIP TRAINING SPECIALIST, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT


    Jess Burgett is a Senior Leadership Training Specialist with Organizational Development.  She hails from Louisiana and has been with 麻豆学生精品版 for the last four(ish) years.  Jess received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana, a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri Science and Technology.   

    KRISTINA CALLIS DUFFIN, MD

    INTERIM DEAN, SPENCER FOX ECCLES SCHOOL OF MEDICINE


    Kristina Callis Duffin is Professor and Chair of the Department of Dermatology and recently appointed interim Dean of the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah. She completed her dermatology residency at Utah in 2005 and after graduating, immediately joined the department where she has been faculty for 20 years. She was named Department Co-Chair in 2018, then Department Chair in 2020 and now interim Dean in 2025. She is an internationally known expert in psoriasis. She serves as the chair representative to the Wellbeing Steering Committee, Marketing/ Communications Steering Committee, has led the dashboard subcommittee for AOC, our Ambulatory Operational Committee and recently finished her 3rd year of the 3-year SOMEC Chair Role.

    LEADERSHIP TRAINING SPECIALIST, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT


    My name is Miranda, and I鈥檓 a Leadership Training Specialist with 麻豆学生精品版 Hospitals and Clinics Human Resources. I discovered my passion for HR while working in administration in 2016, and since then I鈥檝e been dedicated to helping people and teams thrive, navigate change, and build cultures rooted in kindness, respect, accountability, and adaptability. As a proud University of Utah graduate with a B.S. in Kinesiology and minor in Nutrition, I鈥檓 now pursuing my master鈥檚 in Human Resource Management at Purdue. Outside of work, I love skiing, hiking, biking, and cozying up with a good book alongside my fur babies.

    Megan leads the Resiliency Center and assists with guiding the system level strategy for addressing occupational well-being at 麻豆学生精品版. This includes leading the Well-Being Directors Program and facilitating working toward AMA鈥檚 Joy in Medicine Award, gold status.

    Mike manages Resiliency Center administrative operations.  He establishes processes to increase the Resiliency Center鈥檚 impact on workplace well-being across U of U Health.
