Does Insurance Cover LASIK?
LASIK is not usually covered by insurance, but LASIK eye surgery cost in Utah can still be reduced by using your health savings or flexible spending account dollars.
If your doctor discovers you have an eye disease during your prescreening or operative workup, your insurance will be billed accordingly.
